I'd say instead of using square waves from the Subtractor or any other devices, USE THE PULVERISER's lfo.. It has a lag feature which was specifically made to battle the pop problem. What it actually does is "smooth" out any sharp changes in the signal. Raising the knob, the square wave is slowly being converted to a sine (ish) shape. Hope this helps a bit

In addition to what lilgeez said, you can also feed an external LFO into Pulverizer's follower section to smooth it out a little. Just plug it in the back then muck about with the knobs.
My slave name before I was turned on myself is totally immaterial. As far as I'm concerned your slave name is equally pointless.
