How do you get a woosh effect on reason, I want one to build up to where the drums kick in on a track!

Reversing a crash cymbal sample in Kong works pretty well.
Or download a reverse sample and use in kong or redrum

or stick a microphone in a piece of polyethyline foam (like a cut up matress or something) and swoosh your hand over it. you'll get the doppler effect and all. Done this in movies, works wonders .

Subtractor. Noise Osc turned on, OSC 2 turned off, set so Osc 1 is not heard. Play note, should get just white noise.

bounce to sample as a white noise clip. On audio track, allow automation of LPF and HPF, so that you can control filter fade in to create a swoosh sound. Also allow automation of fader, to set the level of swoosh on entry

Also you could mix in the reverse cymbal too (layered with white noise)

Personally I would use the noise OSC in thor, then automate a multi-state BP filter within that same instance of thor.
