Is JMJ using Reason? Hmm? Props?

Where's the repeatedly mentioned Reasonsound on this album, he?
Until now I was the happiest man to use Reason, now I'm proud.

Hello friend.
IMO I think he used reason only that particular occasion. I think leaned on Joachim Garraud.
Jarre is very open and experience any sequencer. particular geometry of the sound (you can recognize instantly reason 3.0) is a mixture of sounds with dub and lounge when then engine sound reason kneaded much

I think that now makes use of protools but it would be nice to think that he still uses Reason especially with the new sound engine of 6.5.

I played this harp on stage.
The software connected to it was the Jarre one. He don't own the harp, he rent it.
you have to wear special glove to play it.
The harp is connected to a huge kind of regrigerator, There's a pipe connected between the Harp and the refrigerator, if the pipe is twisted , the rays fade, it was happened to me, while i was playing :-).
You can of course tune the Rays notes as you want via the software.
The ray react as on-off only, no vibrato like the Theremin can do. It don't react on how high cut the ray with your hand. Just on-off.

Best
Michel

JMJ played every synth on this planet, software or hardware ^^ Notice how many synth developers list him as an endorser/user

Wow! Thanks Matt.

You have to respect a performer when they get on and deal with it eh.

I remember seeing New Order recently here in Auckland. Gillian Gilbert was back playing with the band, and in the middle of a piece, her synth stopped working -- and you could tell! She was gesturing to the techo's to come fix it, looks like it was at the mixing end because they got it going without her having to reset the synth.

I liked the fact I was watching her play, not just stand behind her keyboard pretending.
