Replacement Ignition Key doesn't rewrite license

Anyone know how to rewrite the license of Reason 6.5 to my replacement ignition key, it does not seem to rewrite it is recognised on the site just does not give me the option to write the license to it.

Is your license still authorised on your old ignition key, if so you'll have to contact support to deauthorise it?

I already answered the OP, if you lose your ignition key and buy a replacement you have to contact support to deauthorise your old ignition key before you can authorise the replacement. That's why I'd always suggest doing it when you order the replacement so it's done by the time you receive the it.
