Help help help

i haved to reinstall windows7... after that i reinstall reason 6.. everything works perfect all my refills work i can make new tracks.. BUT when i try to open my reason file before the reinstall.. it say it cant open the file due to "unsupported format"" ???????? not sure what the means .. aNY HELP WITH THE RECOVEY WILL ME MUCH APPRECIATED... thanks

Maybe the files lost their "association" for some reason. Try right-clicking on a file, and then select "Open With..." from the context menu. Select Reason from the list of programs.

did you reinstall from disc if so its possible that you did an update in the past to .2 or .3 and the save files your trying to load are from the updates so you need to install the updated download files of reason 6.5.3 if this is the case

Did you upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit? I just found this:
