What do you mean you can't get it to come through on the track? Have you added an instance of the Line6 amp as an insert in Reason? If you have the POD farm license, you'll have access to additional models in the bass and guitar amps in Reason, but you won't have access to the POD farm effects (pedals, reverb) inside Reason.

If you want to run full on POD farm on a track, you'll have to use a host that supports VST and rewire the audio from Reason to the VST host (e.g. Cubase, Reaper) and then put POD farm as an insert on the rewire track in the host.

P.S. in response to what rushdown is saying...no need to edit in the external standalone POD farm. You can make any edit that Reason is capable of playing inside Reason. Those amp sims though, don't have the full functionality that POD farm has. For that you'd need to run the VST version.
