i assume you run Windows...
You need ASIO drivers -- try ASIO4ALL
after installing asio4all, open reason - this will cause asio4all to start, and you will see an asio4all icon in the system tray -- click that to open the asio4all admin/config program -- and select your mic.
you should then be able to select asio4all in reason's edit >> preferences | audio panel.
meanwhile, no offense, but if you are serious about music, in the long run, you will probably regret purchasing a USB mic.
