Create an audio track and place your samples on the sequencer lane. Now hold CTRL and stretch until it loops perfectly.

Use the razor tool to chop at your desired points.

Now when you increase or decrease the tempo, Reason will process the audio preserving the pitch. You can also change the pitch using the transpose dial just on top of the note lanes.

Once your happy with the pitch and tempo, select all slices > right click > Bounce clips to new samples ... Create NN-XT, and import samples in ...

If you need to change the tempo again simply just bounce the clips again and re-import into NN-XT.
