Well, not in Reason, I don't think. When you hit "stop" all audio recording will halt. You might be able to quickly move the cursor past the end mark, where presumably no other instruments would be playing, and hit record on an audio track that was wired up to your Echo. That might work, but I can't guarantee it, and you might have to be pretty quick on the draw to make it work.

However, another possibility is that it might be possible to have a separate audio recorder running in the background that will record any sound your computer's programs are making. But this means getting that other program, making sure it's set up to "listen" to your computer's audio, and keeping it open and ready to record while you're running Reason. Something like the free Audacity program might work for your purposes, but some of this may depend on your system and how it handles sound. My own sound card could let me do such a thing pretty easily with Sound Forge, but I can't speak for all systems.
