Kong 16 STEREO outs in Reason 7 please!!!

Alot of my drumkits are very big and wide and I lose alot of that once I route all of my pads to mono. As you know, if you route your pads in stereo they get cut in half which leaves you with 8 stereo outs. I'm really a big Kong user so this feature would be KEY to me! Anyone else agree???

Ha.

In all honesty though, I believe this is not uncommon.

I always use two redrums, one for my kick / snare patterns,
and one for all the other percussive elements.

Seriously, though. The ability to do work arounds is part of what makes Reason awesome.

True to an extent...Some things are just needed to make the workflow a bit smoother. If that was the case then Reason 7 wouldn't be adding the new bussing feature with the click of a button. We would be wiring shit all over the place like we always do...

I agree that 16 stereo outs would be good. I actually would have liked it if Kong had been able to read Redrum patches, even if conversion wasn't 100% accurate. The NN-XT can read NN19 patches perfectly as far as I know and the change from Dr REX to Dr OctoREX was faultless. Some approximate conversion of legacy mixers would have been good also, although I can see how it could be tricky. Sometimes Props make some strange decisions.

Pro's use the NNXT for their drums,it's 10x more powerful.
