i fixed the problem by reinstalling windows
evreything works great now EVEN the ignition key
i dident even have to download the codemeter software!
Big thanks too all the peeps with the helpfull comments!

You can find them at various computer parts vendors. Here's some at Amazon:

They basically add a battery to your desktop so in the event of a sudden power loss things continue to operate as normal and initiate a proper shutdown sequence if the battery gets low. Some of the nicer ones also act as line conditioners so if you live in an area that has poor power supply (voltage dips and spikes) or an older home with outdated electrical, it protects sensitive electronics from damage.

Highly recommended for all desktop studios and other high-end electronics!
