and yet I still have the license on my account and he does not..
Apparently customer service is horrible because they are not responding to my emails..
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated..
No need to request a transfer multiple times. Transfers are processed by hand and they don't work at the weekend. The transfer will probably be processed tomorrow.
