I'm having the same issue as well!
I use Windows 7 64 / Fast Track Pro
Just got Reason 7, it does not recognize the inputs. Even though I've been using the same equipment with the same settings since 2009. Worked fine when I used Reason Essentials, so I tried recording some audio in that and again, no inputs... Really frustrating

I'm also tryinto use the blue icicle to record via USB but it isn't recognized in reason - it is in other DAWs and is selected via systemm prefs. as the input device - help would be appreciated

mikeferroni: Are you using Windows or Mac?

Such a converter is troublesome to use correctly, since it only has audio input and no solution for monitoring what is recorded.

(It probably has its own audio clock as well, which means any form of digital monitoring of its signal in software is going to be flawed by audible artifacts.)

To use it with Reason on Mac, make your own Aggregate Device using Audio & MIDI setup, then select that device in Reason Preferences -> Audio.

On Windows, Reason only accepts audio inputs from ASIO drivers. You may be able to do the same on Windows using ASIO4ALL.
