Check out the Korg Kontrol. I've had the 49 key version, and moved to the microKontrol when I had to down size my studio.

I picked one up, like new, for £100 (sterling)

16 pads,8 sliders, 8 knobs, X/Y control. The controller software recognises every Reason instrument straight away. As you switch between racks, the keyboard switches too, with all the names of the dials and knobs written on the LEDs. When you have the mixer selected, the sliders act as faders, the pads work as mute/solo. Beautiful

It's great - I've been through about 5 controllers in as many years. Depends on your budget of course.... there's always something better!
