Ooooo...

:Mark Bell does it again!

I've always enjoyed Mark's treatments. He almost made a bearable replacement for Alan Wilder on DM's ''Exciter'' album, although his composing is no where near as epic as Alan's used to be.

Mark Bell also made Bjork bearable to listen to. ;-) That LFO album sounds pretty darn cool, too.

Cheers,

Dave Clark's latest as well: Sub all over the place. Maybe these guys want something that just works and sounds great. The Sub ;-)

OK, maybe that statement I made was a *little* harsh...

I have quite a bit of Bjork's work; followed it since the Sugarcubes - but Mark Bell's production really went well with her voice. It was probably my favorite.

I don't really care for the ''Dancer In The Dark'' soundtrack - I found it kind of boring, although the goose-dress she wore at the Oscars made me chuckle. ;-)

I've got the Royal Opera House concert on dvd. It is sooo good.

I was lucky enough to see the Vespertine tour at the Lyric Opera House in Chicago. 8th row too! Definitely one of the best experiences of my life.

Oh, and how about that new Matmos cd? Very cool. The wifey and I are calling it Medieval Matmos. The first time we listened to it we were like what is this? But the more we listened, the better it sounded.
