My Powerbooks giving me Electric Shocks! read on

Hi,
I really wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. Basically my Powerbook is giving me electric shocks.
I have one of the first series of G4 Titanium Powerbooks. When i plug the mains adaptor into the wall there must be some electric charge leaking through to the frame of the computer.
If you imagine yourself typing on a laptop, quite often your wrist and lower arm rest on the edges of the laptop frame. I feel this sudden burning pains on the skin of my wrists and short stings. It's actually quite painful but i haven't actually done anything about it..
I was thinking about complaining to apple and who knows they may send me a free G5!!!
To be honest though, i think it's quite diabolical!. Let me know if anyone else has experienced this before??

Thats absolutely crazy! You must get into contact with Apple or whoever you bought it from in the first place. Sounds like you're getting quite mild shocks but it could get worse.
I love using my powerbook, but if it was hurting me, I might have to stop for a bit.
Thats why I stopped shutting my privates in the laptop. Ouch.

I'm sorry but...

this post is on the verge of total retardation.
But let me see if I have this straight:
You are receiving what sound like moderately painful electrical shocks from your expensive laptop?
You have not contacted the manufacturer but instead you decide that posting a whimsical note on a music software forum is the solution to your problem?
Do your parents still dress you?

Call Apple. Now.
