Reason Drum Kits 3

When Reason Drum Kits 2.0 came out in 2005 they set the bar high for real drumkit samples and for how good reason refills could sound. It was and still is (in my humble opinion) an essential refill. Seven years later, I think an update could be cool, especially since drum plugins have come a long way since then ( Superior Drummer, Addictive, Steven Slate, BFD) And since record is in the mix, the sonic flexibility would be awesome!

If you have ever used superior drummer or addictive drums, the level, depth and flexibilty of how you can tweak things like mic bleed, mic placement, and different drum combinations based on actual drum companys (i.e ludwig, dw, pearl, craviotto) and the over all quality of the samples themselves are very very good. I still love RDK 2.0 but some updates would be cool. Jus sayin..... : )

+1. I've seen the files that integrate RDK 2 presets with the Record mixer, but I think it's time for an update for this refill. While I still think the quality is good, drum sampling has improved since the release of this refill and other programs, such as the afformentioned Superior Drummer and Addictive Drums, have taken advantage of this. I'd like to see Propellerhead keep up with the other players in this market.
