It's about 350Mb with the audio tracks in it. I supposed the midi's would be handy to save a little time.

It doesn't matter, the entire thing the same repeating Dm, C, Dm, C, F, G sequence, not even a 9th anywhere to mix it up a bit.

do you have to use all the stems ie can you just use the vox ?

As far as I know you can do and use anything you want. I don't see any other requirements other than the ones posted

1. I assure you my copy of Reason is legal.

2. MIDI files will not be posted- chop the .wav's up in your DAW of choice. Get creative!

3. Yes, you can use anything you want. You can completely make a new track, but you have to use at least one sample that is posted.
