Time Line Insertion/ Play Start Marker Follows Playback
For update 4.0.1, I suggested that we had this feature implement to Reason. I thank you Propellerhead for the attempt, but the way you incorporated the feature did not help much. (to me at least)
(Reason 4.0.1 Fixlist)
-----"Pressing Stop the second time moves the song position locator to previous start position, it could sometime move to song start if the locator had been repositioned during playback."------
I find myself still using Reason rewired to ProTools for the sake of this feature yet alone, because they have exactly what I meant for you to add. (hope others agreee)
I believe the majority of musicians using Reason presses the spacebar to playback a track, but when you press it a second time, it only pauses the position locator in place. I understand instead you have the either hit stop twice on your midi controller or the 0 number key, but that's sort of an inconvenience and it gets annoying.
How about we have a choice:
-Have the song position locator to go to the previous start position as soon as we stop the track or have the song position PAUSE in place soon as we press stop.
That's all we need, and I'll be in production-heaven using REASON!
Because protools is killing my system!
