Waiting for response from support

I had an issue re-registering my copy of Reason, so I sent a message to Support, including a scan of my authorization card. I didn't get a response (meaning from a human) after about a day, so I sent them another message. With both of them, I received an email saying my request was in the queue,but here it is, another day passed, and still no response (meaning no live response).

I am just recently getting back into Reason afte a few years hiatus (I have 2.5), and am rather surprised by the lack of response. Is this typical, or is there a faster backdoor for getting this taken care of?

I would much rather spend the $150 bucks to upgrade to Record/Reason and get the update for 5 in August, but if this is how their customer service is nowadays, I am a little wary.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
