Question I cant hear my vocals loud enough in the headphones!

the number one question i get when doing a record session is.
#1. can you turn my vocals up in the headphones, i cant hear my self loud enough?

my question is, how do i monitor the vocal level being heard in the headphones separate from the overall mix level?

meaning, how do i turn up and down the vocals being heard by the vocalist without turning up and down the enter mix?

im using a focusrite voicemaster pro preamp, sm7b microphone and record 1.01

all i want to do is to be able to turn up just the vocals in the headphones being heard by the vocalist without turning up the enter mix.

i hope this make sense and i hope someone could help please.
