Completely Disappointed with Propellerheads
I purchased not only Reason, but Record as well.
But i purchased it 6 months before Propellerheads decided to release Reason 5.
And they wont even grant me an update price.
I only had Reason 4 and Record 1 for only 6 months.
and now I can not benefit from the new release and I am told
I have to spend a lot of money again (Retail Price) to buy the update or
to just buy the full version at full price too.
I can't believe I am being forced to buy the software twice in less than 6 months.
Not a cool way to do business with customers who recent purchased the version 4 software.
I am not asking for a free update, I am just asking for a price break because I just purchased
the the programs of Reason 4 and Record 1.0
So i am completely disappointed with propellerheads
For the time being, I use Reason/Record as a pre-production suite.
Then bounce everythibng to Protools to do the work and finish the project in Protools.
