Pitch Wheel shifts on its own

I need help from one of you SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) out there.

The pitch wheel on many of my reason instruments will flicker(up usually)and mess with the pitch of something I'm either playing or recording. It does it with both keyboards I have plugged into my computer (PC) and will do it with just one keyboard as well. This issue also happened with the last computer I had about a year ago. Having said that, I know that on some instruments you can tweak the range on the pitch wheel to "0" so that it won't move. Even as I type this I'm watching my pitch wheel flicker on the NN-XT sampler up on the screen and I'm not even playing it.

Am I the only one who has seen this? I/we shouldn't have to worry about or fight a flickering pitch wheel while trying to lay down tracks.

Thank you in advance for any insight anyone might have.

Thanks!!!

Bud
