Assigning "Program Change" in Reason

Hi all, have been having a search around for information on this, and cannot seem to find anything that helps.
Is it possible to assign the "program change" midi event to something within Reason?
Inparticular, assigning it to Target Track.

It cannot seem to detect the CC event in the Additional Overrides panel, yet it is detected just fine when setting up control surfaces.
Found a few posts on old forums about being totally unable to do this, but they were dated four years ago, so I am hoping some improvements have been made in Reason 4.

Any help is appreciated.
