Angry Issue with the PropShop

About a week ago, I ordered Reason 5 from the PropShop. Having a few days vacation, I dished out the extra price for a rapid delivery.

As of today, my order is still listed as "processing", didn't receive any UPS tracking number or news whatsoever although the payment went through. I've contacted the PropShop 4 times regarding this matter (3x by using the form, 1x by e-mail at sales@propellerheads.se) and I didn't receive the slightest kind of reply.

What am I supposed to do ? Would you advice that I contact my bank to oppose the payment ?
