Is this song of mine too similar to another?

The song of mine I'm talking about is the only one currently in my profile's Uploaded Song Files here:

And, the song I think I accidentally ripped off is this one:

I also may have copied the intro from this song:

And made it into the outro of my above song, but I'm not worried about this part because if I use my song in a videogame its outro will be omitted anyway.

So, do you guys think it's too similar to Sakuraba's Star Ocean 2 battle theme? I have a lot of other songs to fall back on that are not possibly-copied, so I don't actually need this one.

Oh, and sorry I've been gone a while. I'm hoping to listen to some of your music soon. Life is just hectic, you know.
