Ignition key error when no internet

In a early thread i was looking for an answer to my ignition key error. (could not start ignition key driver).

Now i found out that i don't have an error when i'm connected to the internet. In my studio i have two pc's (one XP and one Win7) connected with a crosscable. Record and Reason are installed on the Win7 pc.
In this setting i can't start record because of it's errorcould not start ignition key driver).
I have found out that when i take the Win7 pc out of the studio to my livingroom and connect it to the internet, Record works good and no errors.

What can i do??

Dave
