Noise and hissing problem with A rex file made with recycle

Hi everybody, i have a problem thats frustrating me quite a bit and preventing me from carrying on with the track i'm currently working on. I hope someone can bring some clarity regarding this issue.
Im using Reason 5 and recycle 2.1.
A rex file that i made with recycle has a significant amount of hissing and noise while play back when loaded in Dr Rex.
Increasing the buffer sample size to the max doesn't fix the problem,
however decreasing the buffer size certainly does make the problem more prominent and noise overwhelming.
I've made hundreds of rex files and have never had this problem, or at least never noticed it.
When I open the rex file in recycle- there is no noise.. the sounds is perfect and pristine
Looking at the parameters of the audio file which i made the rex file from do not appear to differ from usual- 44100 sample rate, 32 bit wav file im not sure what else to look for.
Why is this file different?
Im going to try to load it into NN-XT and see if it behaves any different.
Please any help with this is greatly appreciated, thank in Advance!
