Compressor settings in the main mixer of Record

Is there any way to adjust the attack time or the knee for the channel compressors in the main SSL mixer in Record? As far as I can tell there isn't and it isn't planned for Reason 6 either.

Could someone please explain to me why this is? Maybe I have missed some of the classes, but aren't the attack time and the knee setting quite basic features that would be very practical to have around on every channel?
Also the minimum release time of 100ms seems a bit long.

My workaround sollution for this is to create compressors for the channels where I want to be able to make these adjustments. It works, but it would seem smoother to me if I could just do it all in the main mixer.

Thanks,

CriS
