Just a quickie......
I have a set of the Rokit 5 powered speakers, which I am very satisfied with(though my question would probably apply to most makes)..
Right,is it better (component,and/or sound wise)to have the speaker volumes set higher, with the interface(Firewire Solo)lower,or vice versa?
Its something that I've been thinking about, and from a totally un-technical background seem to feel that having the amp/speakers higher is better, but don't know, hence the question.
Just an aside, the speakers are presently set at 0db(which I honestly don't understand in terms of "loudness"),and are connected with balanced cables..
I don't think I play my music all that loud..well,once in a while.. or when I know the neighbours are out..
I'd appreciate any advice..
