Issues tracking Vocals in Reason 6...

I've been experiencing issues tracking vocals in Reason 6. I keep getting some random noise spikes in the recording. It has ruined some great vocal takes I did with an artist I'm working with. I have a Duet (original) and a MBP. Sample Buffer is set at 128 lower if needed. I've used several vocal mics and ran into the same issues. I have an AKG, I just recently used a Blue and an SM58. I tested recording with the same setup with other DAWs on my system. Logic, Studio One and Live came out clean. The issue seems to only happen with Reason as far as I can tell. Anyone else run into the issue?
