fix your ignition key authorization problems. after almost a month of getting the runaround because your website keeps giving me error messages when I launch my browser from the reason 6 startups, my patience is wearing very thin. I didn't intend to purchase a product where I have to be chained to a location with internet access in order to run it. I am quite displeased with having the same suggestion of removing all propellerheads cookies from my browser and restarting my browser and trying again after having already told your support crew that I have done just that, as well as substituting my browser and also removing all cookies and restarting the second browser. I know I am not the only one having these issues and would appreciate your next set of features to include better customer support and software which works as promised when purchased. please do me a favor and work on that.
