Main mixer channel strip eq help

Hey guys I'm using Reason 6. I was digging around and found a song I wrote in Reason 4 a long time ago. I thought it would be fun to remix it. All the rack gear is connected to the old Line Mixers 14:2. I can reroute all the stuff to mix channels no problem. The issue I am running into is that whether or not the main mixer channel strip eq is on or off it doesn't affect the sound at all. I turned the bass all the way up and the mids down. Knowing that if I got it working I would hear the difference. To no avail. I'm racking my brain here trying to figure out how to get this going. I even opened a new instance of reason and loaded up a beat to compare the differences hoping I could find the problem. I'm sure it's simple and I'm not seeing it. Any ideas?
