Has anyone else heard back from Support recently?


I contacted Support over 48 hours ago asking a registration question. I have my Reason license card and emailed them photos of it but I have not heard back from anyone. I would love to be about to run the software. Has anyone else heard back from them in the last day or so? I hope this is not a sign of how long they usually take to respond.
