Angry All my files pitch-shift +1 semi-tone, no idea what's wrong

Hey forum,
For some reason (no pun intended), all my files play +1 semi-tone above what the pitch is supposed be played at. I've checked the master, I've checked to see if any of my rack's pitch adjuster is shifted, it isn't.
Example:
Many of my songs are in C, but when played (and I've checked the midi-mapping, it's at C), it plays in C#. I have my digital piano right next to me, and I can hear the pitch difference. It didn't used to do this, and out of nowhere, it suddenly plays all my files +1 semi-tone above of what it SHOULD be playing at. This is very confusing now, since writing my songs are all sounding really weird. I don't have a midi keyboard hooked up to it changing anything, this is just Reason, running by itself, pitch-shifting my songs for (from what I can tell) no reason. Help please? Please let me know if I'm missing something.
Thanks.
