Set Impoted Audio Tempo

I don't think you can do this presently. The only way I know is to:

1)set your track to the known tempo of the sample, say 140bpm. Then
2)change the tempo to the desired value, say 120bpm.

To import another sample at a different tempo apply 1&2. It'd be nice to be able to set the base tempo at import so that timestretch works from that reference point. It'd be even handier to be able to do this for NNXT samples. I guess you could apply the above method, then bounce to the track's sample list.

Unless, of course there's a better way I don't know about!
