e-drum midi setup HELP!!!!

I am using a yamaha e-kit for my drums. I am trying to figure out how to separate each drum sound to its own track. Preferably through midi. I have it setup to play and record the sounds in reason however i cannot seprate each drum to its own track. Also, dumb question but how do i record more than one track simultaneously? Please help been trying to figure this out for awhile now and am very frustrated!!
