'Login in failed due to Network Error'

Apologies if this has been answered before but I'm at my wit's end here.

Installed Reason Essentials 1.5 a few months ago. Never got the ignition key working, so I've just been using it with internet verification, until a couple weeks when that stopped working. 'Login in failed due to Network Error, check your internet connection'. My internet connection works fine for everything else.

Meanwhile, I still haven't been able to get the ignition key to work either. My rack extensions Authorizer window says that it has no connection to the licence server, so I suspect that related.

I've sent some e-mail to the user support, but the response has been rather slow.

Any ideas?
