Suggestion for new MIDI-keyboard?

I have an M-Audio Ozone, which I use as a sound card for my PC and a control surface for Reason 6.5. But I find that M-Audio's sound driver (for Windows 7 64 bit) is a bit unreliable. Some times (4-5 times a week) the sound just cuts out, and I have to reset the Ozone and wait for 10-20 seconds for the sound to come back on.

Either I want a better driver, or I will have to get another MIDI-keyboard.

Do you have any suggestions? A new keyboard should have:
- built-in sound card: 24 bits, 192 KHz
- two or three octaves (not more than three! Not enough room on my desk)
- controls for pitch and modulation
- some (4-8) smooth, high quality-feel knobs to twist and turn.
- 2 x mono jack (not mini)-output
- XLR mic-input
- jack (not mini) headphones output

Much appreciated!
