I desperately need help and PH support is not answering...
I just purchased Balance with Essential and also Upgrade to 7 (all bundled), and was installing everything on my brand new MacBook. Essential went without problems, while it is impossible to register the 7 upgrade because "Either you have already used the upgrade offer or you own a previous version that is not upgradable".
This is the first time I use Reason, boxes were new and opened by me, so no one used the codes before.
As said, PH support is not giving feedback and.. damn... I paid good money for this stuff, and would love to use what I paid for...
Suggestion in support pages have been followed, and I tried the registration also from another pc to make sure it was not a cookie problems.
From what experience, how much time does PH require to answer?
