Refill packer enhancement: resolve files with errors + auto filenames
When packaging a Refill, problem files that have been corrupted halt the process, meaning you have to fish for the file and then start the process all over again.
Instead the Refill packer should give the user an option to (a) ignore the files and package the Refill with those files excluded (b) pack silenced replacements of the file and (c) delete problem files.
It should also list any patches that rely on those problem files.
Reasons why the feature are needed
Sometimes users want to produce Refills of their sample libraries so that they don't have issues in the future when returning to decade old songs (especially if your sample is "BD.wav", meaning that your search will most likely return the wrong sample).
