Any suggestions for a new laptop that works good with Reason?

I'm a producer on a budget right now. I plan on spending somewhere between $550-$650 for a new laptop. I need it now because the laptop I have has a horrible processor in it (amd turion dual-core rm-75). I can't even run a song for 30 secs without the audio dropping out. I need a laptop that constantly keeps the dsp meter low, so that I dont have to worry about it at all...and i need an extremely low output lateness level too. If anyone knows of a laptop in this price range that I can buy at Best Buy to fulfill my needs, please let me know. Thank you!

P.S: It needs to be at best buy because I plan on trading in my other laptop
