Tech Support Not Responding

Last Monday, I caught the virus. I tried running System Restore and it eradicated the virus, but messed up the Authorizer. I followed the suggestion and undid the restore to de authorize the PC but it didn't work. Now I can use Reason, but must log in to the website every time. My internet connection is not always trustworthy and it would make me very angry if I couldn't use my fully licensed version of Reason because my internet cut out on me. It's now Friday and I still did not hear from Propellerhead for help. Does anybody here have any suggestions or knowledge as to why it's taking them so long.
