I need help getting Reason to "play" my Kurzweil

Go ahead and flame me for asking such a simple question, just please just help me out when you're done. I've RTFM, but can't find my answer.

I have Reason 2.5 and an m-audio 2496 card, MIDI'd to a Kurzweil K2000 (yes, I have the MIDI bi-directionally, out-to-in and in-to-out).

Okay, here's the thing...I'm not a great keyboard player, but I can compose quite well, using hand-drawn MIDI notes. The trouble is, I can't figure out how to get Reason to play my K2000, using the K2000 sounds.

Now, I can go the other way: I can set to "record," and K2000 note events register just fine in the Reason pane, so there's obvious MIDI communication between the two. But I can't play anything back from Reason and get any keyboard sound, either from my K2000 itself or from my PC audio.

So suppose I have some cool sounds on my synth, but I want to use Reason to play them (instead of being limited to Reason's patches). I can't get it figured out!

Help?
