This message can occur on your account pages if you have authorized your computer for offline use and then invalidated the authorization by having:
• reinstalled your operating system or performed a system restore
• moved or replaced hardware components in your computer
To fix this, please visit the Authorize Computer and Keys page in your user account, and send an email to our support team with a screenshot of what you see on that page. We will then help you remove the damaged authorisation so it can be reset.
If you’re having troubles with the authorization of your computer, then do remember that you can always use internet verification to authorize your software until the problem with your authorized computer can be fixed.
