When I try to register, I get a reply saying my serial number is already in use. Why is that?

There are a couple of possible explanations:

  1. You are not entering the right number. Please check and check again that it really is your number.

  2. You have already registered this license number in the past and forgotten about it. Please contact us and we'll look and see.

  3. You are trying to register your license number for your downloaded Reason 2.5 or ReCycle 2.1 upgrade. These license numbers are automatically registered to your user account as soon as you enter the download page.

  4. Someone has registered with your number by mistake. Please contact us and we'll try to work it out.

  5. Someone has deliberately stolen your number. Please contact us and we'll stomp him/her.
